I'm going to a Jeffree Star concert tomorrow, what should I wear?!?

I'm going with a friend, and I see this as an excuse to dress a bit more fun than I normally do. I have two options laid out: a black and white polka dot dress and pink converse, or an all sequin dress (with all the sequins being different colors) and green converse. Do any of these sound okay or do you have better ideas?
