Real estate chick flirting with husband or not? ?

My husband and I were looking to buy a house and this chick made comments like look at this staircase. I'm a stair case kind of girl . also she said how she had got a ticket becuase her seatbelt was under her arm becuase it would bother her . wtf is wrong with this chick or was it just me . Thanks
