What do I need to buy when it is time for a "filter change" on my Penn Plax Cascade Canister ?

I have a Penn Plax Cascade Canister 700. I just got it. I need to know what to buy when it is time for a "filter change" Also if anyone has any tips on it that would be great. Thanks.
