Year 11 Prom - will I look under-dressed?

the dress is so beautiful! i went to my boyfriend's prom last night and was a tad underdressed and yes, i felt uncomfortable because like you, i am not into the tacky sequin-covered bright colored dresses, but i really liked my dress. as long as you don't care what other people are going to think of you, you should have a great time and you will look beautiful in your dress.
