ADULTS: Help me make my local flier better PLEASE?

I'm making a flier telling people around my neighborhood that I can help them with any jobs they have. So far it has an attention getter, some info, and my number. Also, how can I make it stand out and look pretty? What would you like to see in a local helping flier?? THANKS!
